1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the website molonix.com and all its functionalities. "User" means any natural or legal person who accesses the platform. "Investor" is the user who participates in crowdlending operations. "Project" refers to each real estate venture published on the platform. "Developer" is the natural or legal person responsible for executing the real estate project.

2. Requirements for use

To use the platform as an investor, you must: be over 18 years of age; hold an Argentine DNI or legal residence in the Argentine Republic; complete the identity verification process in accordance with UIF regulations; accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

3. Nature of the service

Molonix operates as a technological intermediary connecting investors with real estate projects. The platform facilitates the collective investment process but does not guarantee returns nor assume responsibility for the performance of published projects. All investment carries inherent risks and the invested capital is not insured by any government entity.

4. User obligations

The user agrees to: provide truthful and up-to-date information; not use the platform for illegal activities; maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials; immediately notify any unauthorized use of their account; comply with tax obligations arising from their investments.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Molonix S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic (Law 11,723). Its reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Molonix shall not be liable for: losses arising from investments made through the platform; temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure; damages caused by non-compliance of project developers; investment decisions made by users based on published information.

7. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Commercial Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

8. Modifications

Molonix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified to users through the platform at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
